Gradually, Farmers Took Away More Of The Forest And Terraced Fields Appeared. The British Mission Needed Houses For Its Army Contingent And They Were Built Along A Road Called The Lodging Path. Over The Years, The Road Became Nepalese Into Lazimpat.along Lazimpat`s Quiet Stretch, There Was A Rana Palace. Then Came A Few Shops And Some Restaurants. When India Gained Independence In 1947, The British Mission Was Divided Into Two: The Indian Embassy And The British Embassy.     It was a warm friendly hotel. Very easy access to shops and underground stations. Staff very welcoming.

Day 03 : Excursion Havelock Island & Back

As per your boat timing we will proceed for Havelock Island by Speed Boat . The journey takes 2 hrs from Port Blair , after arrival at Havelock Island proceed to Beach No.7 good for swimming. This beach is called "Radhanagar Beach" and one of the most popular beaches on Havelock and was named "Best Beach in Asia" by Time in 2004 . You can explore one another beach the Elephants Beach ( By fiber boat – OWN COST ), This beach is famous for Coral’s . You can go for snorkeling - own arrangement.
