We take care to keep itineraries, prices, timings and travel guidance accurate and up to date. They can still change without notice, for example when hotels, transport operators, airlines, helicopter operators or the government change their rates or rules. The details that apply to your trip are the ones in the written confirmation we send you after booking.
Prices and availability
- Prices shown are per person, start from the lowest group size or hotel grade stated, and exclude 5% GST unless the page says otherwise.
- A price is confirmed only when we accept your advance. Peak season, festival dates and long weekends can carry different rates.
- Hotels, vehicles, flights and helicopter seats are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Temple, shrine and yatra dates
Opening and closing dates, darshan timings and yatra registration rules are set by temple committees and government authorities, not by us. Dates on this website are based on official announcements or past patterns and can change. Check the latest official notice before you travel; our team will help you do this when you book.
Weather, roads and helicopter flights
Travel in the Himalaya depends on weather, landslides, road conditions and government orders. Helicopter flights also depend on air traffic clearance, VVIP movement and the aircraft's technical condition. Delays, route changes and cancellations caused by these events are outside our control.
Health and fitness
Travel guidance on this website about altitude, trekking and fitness is general information, not medical advice. High-altitude yatras such as Kedarnath, Yamunotri, Kailash Mansarovar and Amarnath are physically demanding. Consult your doctor before booking, especially for elderly travellers and anyone with a heart, lung or blood pressure condition.
