Yatra planning desk
Your first call or WhatsApp message comes here. The planning desk suggests the right route for your dates, group size and pace, prepares the quote by hotel grade and vehicle, and adjusts the itinerary for families, senior travellers and private groups. They also help you complete Char Dham yatra registration and explain the documents each journey needs.
Operations team in Dehradun
Once you book, the operations team confirms your hotels, vehicles and drivers, and keeps track of road and weather conditions across Uttarakhand during the season. When a landslide, road closure or government order changes the plan, this is the team that reworks the route and night halts.
Helicopter desk
The helicopter desk handles our Char Dham, Do Dham, Auli and Harsil helicopter departures with the aviation operators: seat allocation, passenger weight declarations, baggage limits, reporting times and weather updates on the day of flying.
Pilgrimages beyond Uttarakhand
For Kailash Mansarovar, Amarnath, Muktinath and Nepal, the Ramayana circuit, the South India temple tour, Bhutan, Sikkim and Kerala, the team works with experienced local partners on the ground, while your booking, payments and support stay with CareMyTrip.
