Yes. We regularly adjust pacing, room categories, vehicle comfort and stop planning for families, elders and private groups. Tell us your dates, group size and any health needs when you enquire.
Yes. Package prices are per person and start from the lowest group size or hotel grade shown. They exclude 5% GST unless the page says otherwise, and peak season, festival dates and long weekends can carry different rates.
For our road yatras, 25% of the package cost is paid at booking, a further 50% at least 30 days before departure and the remaining 25% at least 15 days before departure. Bookings made closer to the date need a larger advance. Helicopter packages have their own payment terms, shown on each package page. We accept bank transfer, UPI and the payment links we send you.
For road yatras, cancelling 30 days or more before arrival refunds 90% of the booking amount; 25 to 29 days, 70%; 20 to 24 days, 50%; 10 to 19 days, 25%; within 9 days there is no refund. Helicopter yatras carry a 5% administrative fee, a 30% charge up to 30 days before departure, 50% up to 20 days before, and no refund within 14 days. We send refunds within 7 to 10 working days of confirming the cancellation, to the account or payment method you paid from. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Date changes depend on availability and may cost more. Helicopter bookings can be rescheduled to a later date if you ask at least 15 days before the journey, subject to availability and a charge of 20% of the tour value.
The Char Dham temples typically open from late April or May and close around Diwali in October or November. May to June and September to October are the most comfortable windows.
Yes. The Uttarakhand government requires every pilgrim to register for the Char Dham Yatra before travelling. Registration is free on the state's official yatra portal, and our team can help you complete it when you book.
From Gaurikund you can walk the trek of about 16 to 17 km one way, ride a pony or take a palki, or fly by helicopter shuttle from the helipads near Guptkashi, Phata and Sitapur. Helicopter tickets to Kedarnath are booked separately and depend on availability.
Yes. Our Char Dham and Do Dham helicopter packages fly from Dehradun on fixed departures, with VIP darshan support and much shorter travel time than the road route.
Yes. Every passenger's body weight is checked at the helipad, and weight above the limit stated on the package page (usually 75 to 80 kg) is charged per kg. Baggage is limited to about 3 to 5 kg per person, depending on the package.
Flights depend on weather, air traffic clearance and VVIP movement. Extra nights caused by weather are paid by the passengers. If a Dham cannot be visited at all because of weather on a Char Dham helicopter yatra, about ₹20,000 per Dham per seat is refunded against the flying cost.
Kedarnath, Yamunotri, Kailash Mansarovar and Amarnath involve long, steep walks or drives at high altitude, and mountain weather changes quickly. Get a medical check-up before you travel, carry your regular medicines and warm layers, and tell us about any heart or breathing condition so the plan allows extra rest.
AC is not used in the hills. It is available on the plains sectors, such as Delhi to Haridwar or Dehradun, when confirmed in writing.
Carry valid government photo ID throughout the trip: Aadhaar, passport or voter ID for Indian travellers and a passport for foreign nationals. Some journeys need more, such as yatra registration for Char Dham and Amarnath or permits for Kailash Mansarovar and Nepal; the package page lists them.
Yes. We run Kailash Mansarovar, Amarnath, Muktinath, Ramayana Yatra, Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib, Tirupati, the South India temple circuit and Kumbh Mela trips, as well as holidays to Kerala, Kashmir, Nepal, Bhutan and Sikkim.
No. Our packages do not include travel insurance, and we recommend that you buy it, especially for high-altitude and helicopter yatras.
